Whether you are a seasoned yogi or stepping onto the mat for the very first time, this experience is for you. All ages, all levels, and all people are welcome. We believe in creating a space where everyone can feel at ease, inspired, and deeply cared for.

Expect daily yoga and movement practices that meet you exactly where you are, delicious local meals, and time to explore nearby villages or simply rest by the pool. The retreat center, often described as “heaven on earth,” embraces a lifestyle rooted in balance, simplicity, and connection to nature, to each other, and to yourself.

For five soul-nourishing days, we will be hosted by our dear friends at Locanda della Quercia Calante, a serene eco-resort nestled in the heart of Umbria located halfway between Rome and Florence.

Known as the “Green Heart of Italy,” Umbria is a region rich with rolling hills, olive groves, vineyards, and ancient towns that invite you to slow down and savor life.

  • Triple Room Accommodation: $2250

  • Double Room Accommodation: $3000

  • Single Room Accommodation: $3500

Included: 5 nights accommodation, all breakfasts & dinners, group excursions and transport, daily yoga with Jenny, airport transfer

Not Included: international airfare, travel insurance, additional lunches, spa services, alcoholic beverages, optional cooking class, gratuities.

Extra Details & Fine Print

  • Please note: we do not pair guests for shared rooms. By choosing a shared room type, you are booking with a confirmed and secured roommate(s) of your choice.

  • To reserve your spot on the retreat, a non-refundable deposit of $750 is required at the time of registration. We are happy to arrange a payment plan for the remaining balance. However, full payment is due no later than Monday, June 1, 2026.

  • If you need to cancel your trip:

    • Cancellations made on or before June 1, 2026: You will receive a refund of any payments made minus the $750 non-refundable deposit.
       

    • Cancellations made after June 1, 2026: Refunds will only be issued if we are able to fill your spot on the retreat. This includes cancellations due to illness, personal emergencies, or any unforeseen circumstances.

  • We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that includes:

    • Trip cancellation and interruption

    • Medical and emergency coverage

    • Baggage protection

    • Emergency assistance

    Travel insurance is the best way to protect your investment and give yourself peace of mind.
